Message from our Superintendent on COVID 19

Spring Time

After the cold snap, the nicer weather is certainly appreciated. Hopefully the cold weather is behind us, but with Kansas, you just never know.

State assessments will begin this spring. Please push your students to do their best on the testing. These tests are used as state data and our school is rated based on these test scores, so they are not only important to student placement, but are also important for our entire district as well.

The COVID numbers continue to fall, which is great news. Hopefully, by summer, we can get back to some kind of normalcy. This has certainly been a year to remember, or forget in some ways. Hopefully, none of us will ever have to experience anything like this again - especially for the kids.

The spring will be full of activities and with the warmer weather, kids will have their minds on many things other than school. Please continue to monitor your student's grades and homework. Hopefully the next few months will go smoothly and we can celebrate a better summer than we had in 2020!!

As always - I truly appreciate the support that this community shows for our students and our school. Conway Springs is a great place to raise children!!
